About Dawn Pacific Inc.

Dawn Pacific Inc. is a full service, state licensed General Contracting firm organized to manage and construct building projects ranging from remodeling to new construction of residential and commercial buildings. The corporation also has a “sister” company, Don Maintenance, Inc. which specializes in general maintenance and repair of all commercial accounts.

Our personnel are familiar with all phases of construction, quality control procedures and scheduling; which assures our customers that a project will be completed on time with the highest quality, and more importantly within budget.

Dawn Pacific, Inc. received its General Contractors License (BC 12055) from the State Licensing Board for General Contractors on April 26, 1983. We are fully insured and bonded with a bid limit of $2,000,000.

The business was started in 1981 by Donald Fukui, President and for the past 20 years the company has developed long standing relationships with many well-known commercial accounts in the fast food restaurant and convenience store industry, such as: 7-Eleven, Aloha Petroleum, Blockbuster Video, Burger King, CVS Pharmacy/Longs Drugs, Kentucky Fried Chicken, McDonald’s Corporation, Mid Pac Petroleum, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell.
